FLAT LEAF PARSLEY
A very nutritious and tasty addition to meat and vegetable dishes, soups and salads. Excellent for freezing, drying and fresh eating.
BASIL
Exceptionally tender texture and distinctive sweet flavor excellent in sauces and cooking. Aromatic leaves that delight the taste buds as well as the nose.
LEMON BASIL
Sweet and tangy in flavor. Delicious with fish and in salad dressings.
THYME
Thyme has a piney and peppery taste with bitter, slightly lemony and minty notes. Has an herbaceous and slightly floral aroma.
GARLIC CHIVES
Similar to standard chives with delicate garlic flavor. Makes for a great addition to salads and a delicious garnish on most dishes.
SORREL
Bright lemon flavor. Use sparingly in salads or generously in soups and sauces, especially with fish.
MINT
Tastes sweet and produces a lingering cool effect on the tongue. Use to flavor salad mix, main dishes, ice cream, and drinks.
