Availability of items vary week to week, but we always have the standards like basil, parsley, thyme and others.


BASIL

Exceptionally tender texture and distinctive sweet flavor excellent in sauces and cooking. Aromatic leaves that delight the taste buds as well as the nose.

THAI BASIL

Try it as a flavorful garnish for sweet dishes. Green, long leaves have a spicy, anise-clove flavor.

LEMON BASIL

Sweet and tangy in flavor. Delicious with fish and in salad dressings.

FLAT LEAF PARSLEY

A very nutritious and tasty addition to meat and vegetable dishes, soups and salads. Excellent for freezing, drying and fresh eating.

CURLY PARSLEY

The uniform, dark green, medium-fine curled leaves can be used as a garnish or a salad or entree ingredient.

SAGE

Dusty, green leaves are used in dressing, sauces, salted herbs, sausage, and tea. Make a good base for dried floral wreaths.

THYME

Thyme has a piney and peppery taste with bitter, slightly lemony and minty notes. Has an herbaceous and slightly floral aroma.

ORANGE THYME

Classic thyme appearance with a citrus flavor. The aroma is distinctly sweeter than classic thyme. Try it with fish, vegetable and perhaps even dessert dishes.

GARLIC CHIVES

Similar to standard chives with delicate garlic flavor. Makes for a great addition to salads and a delicious garnish on most dishes.

CILANTRO

The flavor of Cilantro has a distinguishing, pungent earthy taste similar to a blend of lemon and sage. The aroma is refreshing, piney, slightly lemony aroma with mint and pepper overtones

SORREL

Bright lemon flavor. Use sparingly in salads or generously in soups and sauces, especially with fish.

LEMON BALM

Distinct lemon flavor. Fresh leaves for tea and salads. Strongly aromatic herb excellent medicinal and culinary qualities.
