BOSTON BIBB

Possessing smooth, tender yet strong leaves, and a mild sweet flavor, Butterhead lettuce is an ideal ingredient for salads, sandwiches, soups, smoothies and wraps. And, unlike Iceberg, it’s packed with essential nutrients and vitamins, particularly A, C and K.

ROMAINE

A crisp texture and a strong, but not bitter, taste.

ARUGULA

Arugula offers an herbaceous, peppery flavor with nuances of nuts and mustard.

HOT SHOT SPICY

A variety of spicy mustard flavors, colors and shapes.

SPRING MIX

Thyme has a piney and peppery taste with bitter, slightly lemony and minty notes. Has an herbaceous and slightly floral aroma.

RED BUTTER

Very similar to green butter lettuce but with reddish leaves. Taste is buttery and slightly sweet.

BUTTER CRUNCH

Dark green leaves and small compact hearts that blanch to an appetizing yellow color. Crisp and sweet.

SUMMER CRISP

Sweet, almost romaine-like flavor, with a crisp, almost iceberg-like, texture.

AUSTRALE

Flavor and soft leaves like a butterhead but faintly more upright-romaine in habit.

RED OAK

This attractive autumn-colored lettuce offers tender and very tasty leaves.

FUSION

A cross between Romaine and Butter lettuce. Crisp, crunchy leaves with a sweet, crisp taste.
