These items are grown all year round

CELERY

Intense celery flavor that is much stronger than its larger counterparts, with the most intense flavor in the leaves. Great for pesto, stocks, sauces, salads and soups.

TANGERINE MARIGOLDS

Flavor is floral with hints of citrus and spice, and slightly bitter. Use the flowers to dress up salads and desserts or cooked in egg or rice dishes.

HEIRLOOM TOMATOES

With so many varieties of heirlooms, flavors can range in sweetness, acidity, smokiness. These are full of flavor and color and make a great addition to any dish.

SUGAR SNAP PEAS

The peas inside are sweet and tender, with a strong pea flavor. The pod is crisp, fresh and juicy. Eat raw or cooked and enjoy anyway you would regular peas.

EDIBLE FLOWERS

Many types of edible flowers lead to a wide range of color and flavor. Use these as a beautiful garnish, or mix in with your favorite salad.

CUCUMBERS

Crisp mild flavor with floral notes. Great for pickling and cut up raw in a fresh salad or side dish.

SQUASH

Thin, crisp skin and tender, mildly sweet and nutty flesh. Excellent color and texture for any type of preparation.

ZUCCHINI

A very subtle flavor, with slight sweetness and very slight floral notes. Soft texture, great for raw preparation or cooked very slightly.
