Gentle Yoga with Denise

In this all levels class, we will connect and flow with our breath as we move through gentle postures and stretches. Gentle yoga increases flexibility, promotes mindfulness, decreases stress and activates the relaxation response. Join us for this calm and light hearted class, whether in the beautiful heated greenhouse or outside under the sunset.

Gleaning from many styles and answering to no one, Denise has been teaching full time throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties for 13 years. Elevate is a home. Certified through Padme Yoga, she continues to take classes with teachers throughout her beloved NJ shore weekly, if not daily. Some famous, some who should be. Perpetual student and yoga geek. Staten Island girl who crossed over the bridge. She supports new teachers, new students, new moms, and old ladies.

As the seasons change we adjust the times to line up with the sunset.
